The Kia Rio is a subcompact car manufactured and marketed by Kia Motors since it's August 2000 introduction for model year 2001, when it replaced the Kia Pride. Now in its second generation, the Rio is equipped with Kia's new corporate grille, known as the Tiger Nose, and designed by Kia's design chief, Peter Schreyer. Rio, with its right-on-the-mark styling and loads of standard features, opens up a whole new world of driving fun.
