The new Cowin with a 1.5L engine is 4.4 meters long and 1.7 meters wide. With an integral hatchback design and the appearance of a three-box sedan, it realizes the multiple combinations of space for a two-box sedan. At a price affordable by the average Chinese, it is equipped with ABS, EBD, an all-metal enclosed cage type body, side-impact beams and so on as standard. It is the first car to carry Chery's ACTECO1.5L engine that adopts SOHC-16V (Single Overhead Camshaft 16-valve) technology. This multi-valve design ensures efficient combustion, and realizes super-low and economical fuel consumption.
