[Summary]  Great Wall Motor Company held after-sales technical training for technicians from Laos, British Virgin Island from 28th, April to 4th, May, 2010, which is highly praised by participants and achieves anticipated effect.

Great Wall Motor Company held after-sales technical training for technicians from Laos, British Virgin Island from 28th, April to 4th, May, 2010, which is highly praised by participants and achieves anticipated effect.
 
The training covers engine function and technology, body electrical devices, CVT & AT and diagnostic tool, meanwhile, great wall Motor company presented participants with discs covering training materials and DMS installation software. To get better training effect, great wall executed the training in different languages by English and Chinese, which is appreciated by participants.
 
Through training, it not only enhanced the relationship between great wall and overseas partners, but also strengthened the faith in the coming cooperation between two parties.
 
The training is held based on experience in 2008 & 2009. In 2008, representatives from Polynesia, Kenya, Morocco, Gabon took part in after-sales training in great wall headquarter; In 2009, great wall company held centralized after-sales service training and Cuba after-sales service training. Based on the above, great wall plans to hold 2nd overseas centralized after-sales service training to keep global partners informed about great wall products and technique development and after-sales service policy and upgrade the service standard for great wall overseas after-sales network.
