China Among Exhibitors At Auto Malaysia 2010

China is among the main foreign exhibitors at the Auto Malaysia 2010, an event showcasing equipment, parts, components, accessories, technologies and services related to the automotive industry.
 
The other foreign countries exhibiting their products are Thailand, Poland and Australia.
 
Seventy per cent of the more than 100 exhibitors at the event are Malaysian companies involved in the autopart components and accessories sector.
 
"The event is expected to attract about 3,000 trade visitors and professionals," said S.T.Koh, General Manager of Asif International (M) Sdn Bhd.
 
Organised by the Asif Group, the exhibition began on Friday and ends on March 21.It is being staged at the MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre here.
 
According to Koh, the Auto Malaysia 2010 is a biannual international trade exhibition, focusing on automotive equipment, products and services.
 
He said the event is aimed at providing a platform for both international and local manufacturers as well as suppliers to showcase their products and services to potential buyers in Malaysia and the Asean region.
 
Koh also said a workshop and seminar themed,"Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV):Saving Costs and Tapping Opportunities", would be held for the general public, workshop operators, mechanics and vendors of car manufacturers.
 
"The seminar on NGV is to promote awareness on the proper installation process," he explained.
