Recently, the sales elites recommended by 40 distribution outlets from around Brazil gathered in Indaiatuba for chery Intl 1st Sales Skill Contest themed “Better Skill, Higher Satisfaction”.
The contest was in the form of “scenario simulation”, in which the contestants played as sales consultants and consumers in pairs, with emphasis on examining salespersons’ understanding of Chery brands, grasp of knowledge and selling points of Chery products and applications of sales skills, with the aim of promoting mutual learning between distribution outlets, enhancing terminal sales and better recommending Chery’s brand value and products to Brazilian consumers.
The contest, brilliant with highlights, fully showed the confidence, ardor and quality of Chery’s overseas salespersons. Also, the contest involved interactions between the judges and contestants. The judges gave patient and professional replies to the questions and puzzlements the contestants encountered during sales, and presented awards to the top three prize winners.
The contest is one of the major moves of Chery International to implement the strategy of “accessing the market and penetrating into terminals”. The contest’s success effectively enhanced salespersons’ sales skills, shored up salesperson’s confidence in Chery brands and products, and will boost Chery’s sales and brand image in Brazil.
