Time Line
LIETUVO's history is a rich one, marked by many milestones - new name, new store designs, new products, new opportunities and new countries. The highlights of our history begin in the timeline below.
April 18, 1991 Lietuvo Enterprise Limited was founded in Beijing. A Lietuvo retail store was opened on Sanlitun street selling automotive parts for Japanese parts.
October 1, 1994 Lietuvo was designated by Hyundai (Korea) as importer of its genuine auto parts in China. Lietuvo start to import genuine OE parts from Korea and established its first distributing center send parts to retailers through out the country on trains and trucks.
March 15, 1996 Lietuvo was designated by Daewoo (Korea) as importer of its genuine auto parts in China. Over the parts two years, Lietuvo has developed and trained a profession team providing technical support while handling the orders from clients.
March 28, 1997 Lietuvo Automotive Repair Center was founded, aiming to provide repair service with its imported quality parts.
June 6, 1997 Lietuvo was designated by Ssangyong (Korea) as the sole importer of its genuine auto parts in China. By that time, Lietuvo's nation-wide distributing network with hundreds of parts retailers, car dealers, and repair shops has come into shape.
July 30, 1999 Lietuvo was designated by Delphi (USA) as the sole distributor of its car batteries in Beijing.
September 2000 Lietuvo was designated by Kia (Korea) as the sole distributor of its genuine auto parts in China. Lietuvo had become the biggest auto parts importer from Korea and with its strong distributing network, Lietuvo helped the most successful Korea car makes in establishing their aftersales service system when they entered Chinese market.
2001 Lietuvo Auto Service Center became a designated after service center of Jiangsu Yueda Kia (China) and later on, its automobile dealer in Beijing.
August 2001 Lietuvo Auto Service Center became a designated after service center of Daewoo (Korea)and Ssangyong (Korea).
August 2003Lietuvo started to export aftermaket parts to Iran, Dubai, and the United States.
October 2003 Lietuvo created its own brand for automotive aftermarket parts. By forming joint venture with manufacturers, Lietuvo set high quality standards for its products, which includes oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, pistons & rings, and brake pads.
June 2006 Lietuvo opened a retail store at Ningbo distributing car parts for Chinese car makes, such as Chery, Geely, and ZX auto.
August 2007 While Chinese cars started to play a more and more important role in the world's automotive industry, Lietuvo started to export aftermarket parts for Chinese car makes.
